1. Refund Eligibility

Full Refunds: You will receive a full refund if we are unable to commence the project or if you cancel prior to any meaningful work beginning.

Partial Refunds: If the project has begun — for example if we’ve delivered completed or partially completed work, or if you’ve approved files and requested changes or new direction — then a full refund will not be available. In such cases we may offer a partial refund, depending on how much work has been done and how many resources used.

No Refunds: Once you’ve downloaded deliverables, gained access to the final files, or approved and accepted work, the refund option is no longer available.
2. Subscription-Based Services
For services that are billed on a recurring monthly basis, the following rules apply: if you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may stop further billing. However, once a billing cycle has started you are not eligible for a refund for that month’s payment. The service continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation is processed.
(For clarity: cancellation stops future payments, but does not trigger retroactive refunds for the current month already billed.)
3. How Refunds are Processed
Refunds will be made via the same payment method that you used originally. We aim to process refunds promptly; typically you should see the credit in your account within 14 business days after we approve the refund. Please be aware that timing may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
Also note: if any additional fees (e.g., transaction or bank fees) are non-refundable, those may reduce the actual amount refunded.
4. Conditions That May Affect Your Refund
Several situations may limit or void your eligibility for a full refund:
- If you cause delays in providing project requirements, feedback or access, which slow down or halt the work.
- If the project cannot proceed because of dependencies outside our control — for example third-party tools or host-server issues.
- If you’ve already accepted deliverables, downloaded final files or granted access to your site or platform.
- For subscriptions: once the billing cycle has begun, the payment for that cycle is non-refundable, even if you cancel mid-cycle.
5. How to Request a Cancellation / Refund
To initiate cancellation or request a refund, please contact our support team via the email or contact form listed on our site. Provide your order details (date, scope of work, payment method) and a brief explanation of your request. We will review your case, assess the project status, and let you know within a few business days if your refund is approved, and when you can expect the funds.
Please keep in mind that refunds are not automatic — each request is evaluated based on the project’s progress and our terms.
6. Your Responsibilities After a Refund
If a refund is approved, you will surrender all rights to any deliverables or work that has been produced (unless we mutually agree otherwise). You must cease using any files or output delivered from the project, because you are no longer paying for the service.
If the refund is partial, we’ll specify which portion of the work is valid and which deliverables you need to stop using.
6. Final Notes
We aim to deliver high-quality services and complete every project with your full satisfaction. However, since our services are custom in nature, certain aspects depend on collaboration, timely feedback and third-party tools or hosting. These variables sometimes affect timelines or deliverables, which is why our refund policy is structured to fairly account for time, labour and resources already invested.
